How convince dad switch rooms sistersumwinter13 postedWell my room is on the main floor, where i can hear every single thing that goes on in my house. It annoys me so much, but my sister who is 11 doesn't seem to mind.(I'm 14) When i was 11, i moved into the room i am in now. So it would be fair if she moved into thisroom because she is 11. I want to move into her room upstairs because it is much bigger, and has a bigger closet. She wants to switch into my room because it has hardwood floors(which i HATE) and it has a bathroom(which i will miss)_. But the problem is, we have to convince our dad to let us. I was talking to him today and it seemed like he would go for it, but he changes his mind every single minute, and never follows through. But he did say that this week would be a good week to do it because he is taking off with us all week. I want to paint my *new room pink and brown and teal, and my sister was thinking about keeping the same colors. How can we convince him to let us switch and redo my room? We don't want to switch alot of furniture, mostly beds and maybe one or two other things. Sponsored Link-------------------------- Antonia R repliedDraw out a plans for making the move happen. Your dad probably feels like the project is overwhelming. Jessi repliedJust explain to him that your sister would really prefer your room and you would like hers. You may want to offer to move some of the things yourself. I would hold back on the redo part just to see if he would go for the switching first and then after a little bit ask about the painting and such. Hope I helped! Good luck!
