How mac cheese box milklacey postedi'm out of milk, but i do have butter (and if necessary, there is an extra packet of the cheese laying around) and i really want some of the mac n cheese in the box. can i substitute water and some extra butter? or a little extra cheese stuff? i don't like it when it's really clumpy, if it matters. Or, canned evaporated milk (it's even better than plain milk in mac and cheese). If you don't have either, use a little extra butter and water, but not too much water.
