Larry H repliedyeah,you need permission.Do you have a job ,do you have the money to pay for it and the upkeep,do have insurance ,who is going to pay for all this?I have been riding for 45 years and still ride almost every day (I'm 65) it's a great feeling.Don't rush it .If your parents are going to pay for it then you can't have it until they agree to it......go along to get along

Rach Matee repliedMy mum rides bikes herslef......so i doubt i'd have any problem.... i didn't used to like bikes but now i want one when im 17. i think i'd prefer one to a car tbh and my mum thinks it makes you a better driver as your more aware of people around you.

jesus repliedI've been asking for one since I was 16 and she would always says wait until your 18, and I've been riding dirtbikez since I was a tot. Study the motorcycle manual front to back, then go to the license branch and take the test for your permit( it only costs a few bucks) tell her your legal : ) you must have a drivers license though.
