Although both would be great. I do have a question for you. What kind of shady stuff do you sell that you need to cover it up with good CS, lol J/K shamuribob repliedIt really is all about the Customer. Remember, think of it if you were in there shoes. Would you go back to a store thats full of rip off BS, or go back to a store that has good employees that knows about the Market and is willing to give you that good discount to f**k with the system. PEARSON W repliedI USE TO BE A MANAGER IN RETAIL I HAVE FOUND IT IS BETTER TO HAVE A HAPPY CUSTOMER LONG TERM THEN SHORT TERM. SO I WOULD ALWAYS GIVE THEM THE BEST QUALITY TO BUILD TRUST AND THEY WILL ALWAYS COME BACK WHEN THE PRODUCT YOU SUGGESTED IS BETTER. i am not shouting forgot the caps was no lol. Nasa Hero repliedthe client is happy and satisfied. thats more important. who cares about the quality of the product? if he is happy then its okay Stephen K repliedBoth are equally important Neddie repliedWell....if the Client gets a good value and quality product than I believe that you have a happy satisfied customer. It's silly too think that someone who just got a good deal and a good product will be unhappy. And if you do feel unhappy it's probably because you are suffering from buyers remorse.(Something, I always do - LOL) I love my baby boy! repliedBoth are important, but the customers satisfaction should be your main priority. :D repliedbofe :D sabaku repliedTrue customer service leaves the customer happy and satisfied, WITH the quality product. What is the point of the customer leaving happy with a crappy product which he will later return? Remember, the customer is your Boss and your Advertising. ♪♩♫ ♬ Der Meister ♪♩♫ ♬ repliedI'd say both . Model07 repliedWell if he has to choose I would say quality is best, but if he has a quality product at a great value then he should 9 times out of 10 be satisfied. Some people are just mean and angry and are never satisfied. Lyle G replied2nd That way they RETURN satisfied jelly bean repliedWouldn't the client leave happy and feeling satisfied, if he got a good value and a quality product? Tisk M repliedWell if he is leving happy and satisfied then they will like the price or the service ethier way you get a sale through, but i think its better for them to be happy then for them to get a good price. J G repliedboth are very important! I don't think you can have one and not the other! Nicodemus repliedThe client leaves happy, feeling satisfied debijs repliedI would say the client leaving happy and satisfied, then it covers both. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement, so having the best in customer service build a great business.~~ Thunderhead repliedThe second option sounds the best. Danielle repliedquality product. i know that if the product last long they will come back to your store. if it of lesser quality but cost less they would be happy when they leave. When they get home tho--they will not want to go back t o your store. eightieschic repliedthe first I Buy And Sell Houses repliedThe client leaves happy, feeling satisfied. In most cases, that will mean that the client gets a good value (at least as perceived by the client). But some clients don't especially want a good value. At one extreme, maybe they want the absolutely most expensive, top-of-the-line watch you sell. It's not a good value at all. They're paying $10,000 when a $30 watch keeps just as good time. But they want the glamor and exclusivity. And this is what makes the client happy, feeling satisfied. Or the client wants the absolute cheapest thing you've got. Maybe that's all the money they have. Or--let's use the example of a disposable camera. Maybe they just need to take some snapshots. They don't want to spend $150 on a nice camera. A $10 throw-away will suit their needs just fine. The $10 throwaway isn't a quality product, and may not even be a good value. But it's what the client wants, and so the client leaves happy, feeling satisfied. Hope that helps. NORTHERNmn-15 repliedThe client leaving happy is the most important.
But you would not want to offer a product that is not a good value and quality product in the first place. |
