j l postedI believe he is wrong unless a war breaks out ! I know it has a lot more to do with stimulating their economy. He is determined to persuade OPEC to forget supply & demand, and jack up the prices anyway ! He has been talking about this publicly for over a year...even more so lately with the economic crash !
