"Going underground" and killing soldiers is NOT equivalent to bombing civilian areas with hundreds of rockets such as Hamas was doing.

blueangelfire995 repliedPersonally, I choose to blame the governments and decision-makers of the countries, not the entire countries themselves. Hamas is connected to terrorist organizations, considered one itself, a clear threat to peace and security in Israel and the Middle East. They instigated attacks by firing rockets into Israel, but Israeli forces, I think, disproportionately reacted. They should not be bombing Gaza, obviously because of the hundreds of civilian casualties. They have a right to self-defense, but should find another method to take out Hamas, rather than harming innocent Palestinian civilians. And the international community has already told the Israeli government to minimize its attacks, and I think the U.S. should advise the same.
