See the lifespan of anything depend upon it's quality & believe me there is no guarantee about any of the electronic component in the whole universe. It my view now it's up to you believe me or not. Othello Cabigon repliedflash drives usually has lesser life span compared to hard drives. based on experience. since i use both everyday 365 days... hehehe... i don't know with some guys out there. i still have my maxtor hard drive which i bought 2003. it's been 5 years and it's working. i don't know how long it will last but we'll see heheh..
