It's also good since you can reach the sub easily if you want to make any adjustments to it compared to having it under the front seat or any other area you can't get to easily. Sabrina N repliedyup..it fine & it takes up less space to, the d man repliedyeah its fine. cause then you can pull your back seats down to make adjustments. mine are the same way
