I white sore redness soreAshley S postedI woke up in the middle of the night with my back really sore in one spot, very sensitive to the touch. I got up and looked in the mirror and it seems there is a white spot with redness around it. I am an 18 year old female if thats help to anyone.

I don't want to scare you but gets some info on MSRA and compare. Ultimately, if it concerns you enough, see a doctor. Another thought which came to mind was a spider bite. There are certain spiders which bite and lay their eggs within, but let's not go overboard.
