From the description of the new dog, she sounds ALOT like Molly - very chill but playful and sweet. We haven't met the new dog in person yet, but I think they will get along well. Molly is very obedient and not at all aggressive. At the dog park, she's usually a bit shy around other dogs. She isn't possessive when it comes to food or toys, but she is a bit protective of our house (she barks when people come to the door, stops after we let them in and she gives them a quick sniff). My question: do you have any tips for introducing the new dog to Molly?
We were thinking about taking them on a walk together to bond before bringing the new dog into the house - is this a good plan?
