It may not be a migraine everytime, just a headache. Pain tollerance tells alot. Go back && get them to do another MRI. There could be something neurologically wrong perhaps that they havent checked.
Then again...if you had sinus infection even if you took the medicine it could have been further advanced and you may need your sinus's scraped.

caylo2ooo repliedthere are other things that can cause migraines. do you smoke? that is the biggest problem. also, caffeine causes migraines- so no coffee, tea, colas, or mountain dew. and lack of sleep can also cause migraines. so, try to avoid these things, and see if they come less often. also, for future reference- you can cause migraines to become worse if you take too many migraine pills- when i get them, i go to the emergency room, and they put an IV in me,. and give me some medication that way- my doctor pre approved it, so i just have to show up when they get bad- talk to your doctor, and maybe he can do that for you. good luck.

Stephanie E repliedYou could have multiple sinus infections. My mom had them over and over for years, Turned out to be a bigger problem: she had MILLIONS of polyps in her nasal cavities. She's had 2 (3???) if forget surgeries on it now...atleast 2 major and one minor surgery. either way. Maybe you want to visit an ears,nose and throat dr. (ENT.)

other possibility: Have you had your eyes checked recently? If you have a slight difference in the strengths of your eyes it can drive your brain NUTS. My one eye is like...20/20 and the other is slightly slightly better. I got migraines allllllll the time nothing helped until i got glasses/contacts. And i only wear them when i need them, when the migraine is over it usually takes mine a few days to come back.
