Old method, tried and perfected by Viet Kong back during Vietnam war. Back then, civilians played a role of a shield against American air attacks.

Besides, Hamas was always targeting civilian areas - and does precisely that right now.

hardi repliedThe Israeli's have a right to defend themselves after years of rocket attacks. America would never have taken that much abuse and they shouldn't either. It is a very populated area and it is expected even by Hamas that this would bring civilian casualties. If it doesn't bring around WWIII don't you worry. It will come about soon enough.

Jay repliedNo, this will not escalate into WWIII. I think your question can be asked of both "sides" here. As I understand it Hamas sends rockets into civilian areas as well as suicide bombers into the general poplulace of Israel. All the killing needs to stop now.

In order to kill the cowardly Muslim terrorists you have attack them in the civilian areas. Then they point their fingers and say how wicked Israel is because civilians die.

Israel is not deliberately targeting civilians, but the cowardly Muslim terrorists are. The cowardly Muslim terrorists will continue to attack until they are out of rockets and then they will demand a ceasefire which they will keep until they get a good supply of rocket again. Then they will break their word and attack again.
